Late workout

So last night I decided to just go for it. It was 9:15 and I decided to do a 45 minute cardio sweat-fest.
And you know what?
After I was done with my stretches and had a shower (and cut my bangs because omg they were totally getting in my eyes) I hopped in bed and went to sleep.
Just.
Like.

    Wow, that's great, fall asleep instantly! For me, I think doing night workout is not good with my sleep. I will still fall asleep almost instantly I hit the bed but somehow my body still feel restless and on next day, I will feel more tired LOL
