I joined the first split challenge around a month ago. I had returned to Spark People after not making any progress on losing weight on my own. The first weeks were also not productive and I needed something to motivate me. Split Challenge did that for me. I've lost 4.2 lbs on the challenge.
So what was different? The Challenges prompted me to get the exercise I needed, to track every day, and to get those 8 glasses of water in every day. Along the way, I was introduced to new exercise videos that made it fun -- especially the dancing. The other ladies on the Challenge wrote supportive notes and together, made it more fun. Our leader was very good in creating new challenges that brought out the best. And even if we weren't able to do everything, we were still accepted and cheered on. I met some wonderful people along the way.
