So I found out that I have a very large herniated disk in my back. It still bothers me from time to time, but I am able to walk pretty normal again and get back to doing everyday things. For about 2 months when it first started hurting, I was bent over about 45 degrees, my pelvis way twisted and turned way out of whack, I could barely sleep because it hurt so dang bad. I was in really bad shape. Probably the worst pain I've ever had to go through in my life (coming from someone who has had 3 major surgeries).
I'm going to another physical therapist, and she actually knows what she is doing this time - the previous one I was going to was awful. So this time around it's helping a TON!
So my PT exercises are just as good (or better even) than a gym workout, I've started eating healthy again, and going to try to work in some arm weights very slowly. I got the all clear to do anything that doesn't hurt. (duh! lol)
So this is me... trying to lose the I-hurt-my-back-and-couldn't-do
-anything weight. Sadly, probably no more Turbo Fire for me for quite some time.
