Day 24 of the challenge!

Can you believe that the 30 Day Summer Challenge is almost over!?

SO how are you doing so far?

Remember it is about progress, being mindful and not perfection!

It is about avoiding emotional eating and listening to your body!

I hope you all saw the post yesterday with the recipe!

The kids are home and are bored...we have no car so we are restricted a little!

Maybe I will take them swimming if I can get my housework done in time?

    Glad to hear that your challenge is going well! I have continued to replace white carbs and sugar in my life, and I'm so happy that I began that with you. I went off the wagon a little when I first got back to WA, but I've only been here a week and a half, so reigning it in now isn't too bad. I also need to be more mindful. I need to remember to check in with myself to avoid the emotional eating.
Keep up the great work on your challenge, and I look forward to joining you for the next one!

    I've been terrible at reporting but surprisingly I've been doing well in dairy. I still use butter and Greek yogurt, and have had a couple of dairy treats. Not full replacement but I've replaced more and more. I'm happy with that. Exercise has been great, at least 30 min walking a day, sometimes more and sometimes the exercise is more strenuous too. It all feels good. I love summer.

Measurements are staying the same and I'm ok with that for now. I'm looking more toned and I'm good with that too.

    This last week has been not good at all weight-wise. Still eating on plan but with headaches (painkillers!) and PMS I'm up 2 pounds :(
Making this last week count!! Back to basics :)

    Doing well. I made another big pot of soup today.
Also cooked some wild greens that my aunt
gave me. Thanks for the recipe. Sounds yummy
and will have to give it a go as I love cooking with
coconut milk. Have a great day Mel. Too cold for
swimming here at the moment.
