Yesterday, I participated in my first yoga class in a couple years. I chose to do Hot Yoga at a local yoga studio. They were having a special and I decided to participate. It was a grand experience! It was definitely challenging. I went into the room to get used to the warm atmosphere and class began shortly after. And there was SWEAT everywhere!...even on my feet. I was not expecting that. All in all, it was a great workout. If I hadn't been working out on a regular basis, I don't know how the class would've went. I definitely recommend trying it out...but only if you have been engaging in physical activity on a regular basis and drink LOTS OF WATER!!!
