My Scales Broken

Not really - it's just not moving. I could let it bother me but I'm not - well trying not to let it... emoticon I'm on week 3 Spark Solution and absolutely loving it. I have been organized, planned, tracked, stayed within my calorie range, exercise and been a good girl but the scale got stuck so I will be fixing it the rest of this week. I'm so happy about how I feel and the non weight things I've accomplished the number on the scale isn't bothering me. Well... emoticon perhaps a little. So if the number isn't that important what is emoticon All the other things I've mentioned and a few I left out. So it you have this problem march on and don't blink an eye. Figure out why and make those changes. Smile all you SPARK FRIENDS and have a glorious day. Make it your best!

    You are SO right! I've bee doing all the right, healthy things and that darn old scale popped up on me today. But I know it's nothing I did or didn't do. That number can't take away the smaller pants that fit. emoticon It can't take away the lap I RAN emoticon around the gym. That number will go down again and I will be just as healthy as I am now.

    If you want that scale to be jolted into a conversation with is a suggestion.
For one week only, go onto 6 meals a day. 3 must be a protein and VEGGIES and 3 must be healthy snacks of fruit and dairy.
Bfast - chicken breast smothered in tomato and onion relish.
snack - 1 apple and 1 yogurt
lunch - huge helping of tuna salad
snack - 10 almonds and a pear/apple/banana
dinner - 1 pork chop (no fat) and huge plate of veggies
late night snack - half an avo with 3 provita.

I promise your scale will start singing like a bird.

    I'm with you! I feel smaller, better, the scale won't talk to me! emoticon
