Weight loss is hard; especially when youíre an instant gratification seeker. Perhaps thatís how I got fat in the first place Ė instant gratification took on the form of delicious sweets and high (but empty) calorie foods. Well since I canít shed the weight instantly, I can look for other means of satisfying this need. Here are a few things that have changed after just 15 days:
1. I have an enormous amount of energy; before I could barely make it to lunchtime without wanting a nap and I would be sleepy driving to/from work. Now, I get up over an hour earlier and I have MORE energy.
2. I donít wake up in pain. Before, I would HAVE to get up because my back hurt so bad I couldnít lay in bed any longer. I couldnít sit for too long either or my knees would ache.
3. I could barely do 10 minutes at a slow speed on the Treadclimber. Now I can do 20 easily at 2mph!
4. Iíve lost inches off my waist.
