Getting Back on Track

I have been having a bit of a struggle these last few weeks. I participated in the Spring into Summer 5% challenge and made my 5% weight loss. But almost immediately after that I gained back a few pounds. I know that I am not supposed to let the scale control me, but it does. I have made great strides since I started Spark People last August and I want to keep moving forward. I will say this about a recent post about how exercising is easy, it is the remaining 23 hours that are tough. That is so true. Minute by minute, one baby step at at a time, I can do this.
