New goal i created for myself while walking: i would like to walk a half a marathon.
Then i also decided i would also like to bike a half marathon. I just need to figure out a new route due to road construction.
Than I decided why not add the elliptical for a half a marathon.
Tonight i walked 7.13 miles
On Saturday i biked 4 miles.
Tomorrow i am gonna go to the gym and see if i can do 4 miles on the elliptical.
13.1 miles is a long way but i think i can do it.
oh and i have zero intention of doing these on the same day
