Had a very quiet day today. Caught up on some DVR'd shows, finished a book, and spent time with family. DS and I went for a late night run tonight. It was much easier than last time. I even did an extra set! DS is such a good encourager! Don't know what I did to deserve that kid!
I will probably be up late tonight because DH was called in to work. I always have a hard time sleeping when he is not home. I'll have to find another book to start. Any suggestions? Something light and mindless is always good for late night reading!
Did good on my back to basics goals today (except water), but since I'll be up late I still can probably get a few more cups in.
I am really ready to start my Summer 5% Challenge! I am hoping to get back to my ending weight from the Spring 5% Challenge (which was 178.5) before it starts on Saturday. 1 1/2 pounds to go, so not sure if I will make it or not. If not, I will go ahead and change my ticker to reflect my starting weight for the challenge.
So sorry, this has got to be one of the most boring blogs I have ever written, but I guess it is good to have a boring day every once in a while!
