I'm thinking of starting an off-shore account to save for my son's college tuition.
Day 30 of the Spark Solution
Breakfast: Fried egg with bacon bits in it, slice of ff cheddar, sf grape jelly, 100% whole wheat toast
Lunch: 3 small pieces of pineapple garlic pizza
Dinner: Easy Slow Cooker Lemony Garlic Chicken Breast, another new recipe. I did a makeover to match the ingredients I used. Another new recipe, and it was most excellent!
Snack: Strawberry Ice Cream Bread
Exercise: Ran for 95 minutes this morning (a little over 7 miles), then ran backwards for about 7 minutes to cool down. Iím slow, but I was not concerned with speed at all since I was running up and down hills. Barely got our evening walk in between downpours, but it was lovely with a clean cool breeze.
