Four weeks down, feels like week 1 again!

This ALWAYS happens to me... but I have to persevere... I do well (in terms of making healthy choices, curbing the insatiable desire for chocolate)... four weeks later I've lost weight and am feeling good!! AND THEN, I eat too much and have a bad week ... and don't lose any weight. And then the following week I just want to quit trying! I want to eat cheesy cream-filled rich pastas, and eat desserts!!! but of course the reality is that if I do that, I'll gain weight and hate shopping, and feel crappy about myself because I don't have energy or look as good as I know I can. Plus there's the added motivation of wedding dress shopping in Nov!


It'll be hard but I have to get back on track and LOSE WEIGHT this week!! I REALLY wanted dessert today, but I didn't give in. Brushing my teeth always helps curb that desire.
I can do this... I just need to make the right choices each day and not get overwhelmed by the overall goal.

    Try not to think about losing weight. Try to focus more on how you FEEL. The weight will come off over time as long as you continue to treat your body with respect. The most important thing is how you feel about yourself!
