Today I was able to use my water weights during both the shallow water aerobics and deep water aerobics. I had to modify the exercises in an effort to protect my shoulder and I was fine with doing just that. I rested for an hour or so when I finally got home this afternoon. Hopefully, I won't be too sore tomorrow. I'm proud of my progress. I've worked very hard and it is starting to pay off!
