Days 82 & 83/ assignments 9-11

I have been staying on track with my food, water, exercise,ect.. sleep too
I got in three spark videos yesterday and two today...

Assignment #10 - cleaned the fridge and cupboards, shopped for my kidney healthy diet (always), stocked up fruits and veggies, water and fiber one cereal

I always gave UP after losing some weight, happy with what I lost and got comfortable in my new skin to continue... I always gained the weight back.. not this time!!
With SPARKPEOPLE I never give up- I may take a break from logging in but I continue on my journey and come back to track and update my goals - this time when I LOSE it - I never plan on finding it again! I will always continue to work out! especially strength training!
