7/23/2018 T25 Day 2

I missed starting T25 on a Monday so I started today. I started in the day 2 workout to keep up with the calendar and wow. It was intense! I'm anxious to see what tomorrow holds that's for sure. My eating today wasn't the most wonderful. I stayed pretty close in my calorie range, but made yucky choices in there. Too much pizza! But tomorrow is a new day and today wasn't a failure at all, just always room for improvement!

    Tell us what your workout is like - mostly cardio? weights? endurance? Different everyday? I am just curious. I am doing p90x which is different and challenging every day.
I am right at 234pounds - down from 250 when I started in December 2012. My body is holding on to every pound so hard! I am not discouraged though because I can see my shape changing and I feel better.
Slow and steady.
