I missed starting T25 on a Monday so I started today. I started in the day 2 workout to keep up with the calendar and wow. It was intense! I'm anxious to see what tomorrow holds that's for sure. My eating today wasn't the most wonderful. I stayed pretty close in my calorie range, but made yucky choices in there. Too much pizza! But tomorrow is a new day and today wasn't a failure at all, just always room for improvement!
