What I Ate Pre Weigh-In Day (photos)

This is DAY2 of taking photos of my meals. I did so well yesterday and I didn't want to get a big head and mess it all up the day before WI so I decided to do it again.

Breakfast (this won't vary much)

Gluten Free Steel Cut Oats with Almond Milk, Cinnamon, Sliced Almonds, 1c Fresh Blueberries and 1 Sausage link and Mango Tea

After dropping the kids off, I went for a 4.7 mile run

And then enjoyed a post workout snack

Propel and KIND Nuts & Spices Bar - Dark Chocolate Cinnamon Pecan


Ground chicken burger, Spring Mix, Tomatoes, Carrot, Cucumber, FFBV and Wyler Drink

Afternoon Snack

1/2 Pear with Almond Butter and a few slices of banana

Lindt Excellence Extra Dark 85% Cocoa (10grams)


2 baked chicken drumsticks, sweet corn and broccoli, sparkling lemon water

Night time snack

Protein Shake

I ate these in the car but limit them

2 rootbeer barrel and 4 lifesavers

I have officially closed the kitchen and it's 7pm. I'm only allowed water or zero calorie drinks which is usually some hot herbal tea.

Calories 1,621; Carb 159g; Fat 72g; Protein 86; Fiber 34
I'm NOT happy with the protein number. It should be higher.

Tomorrow is WI day. So I have put in a good few days to hopefully tip the scale in my favor.
