Breakfast: 2 pieces of turkey and an apple
Snack at work: Small banana
Lunch: ham and turkey
Dinner: Salad with Chicken Breast
Slept from about 10:30 to 3:30. I know I have to work on that but I feel that sleeping is a much better coping method than eating. I just have to work on incorporating more exercise in my routine which would decrease the sleeping.
Still feeling down and out but not quite as intense as yesterday. I'm wondering if I am having issues right now because I took away all the foods that I would normally use for comfort. I can't just drink a Dr. Pepper or have a few chocolate bars and "feel better." I have to learn other ways to deal with things.
