Any day I wake up and lose a pound is a happy day! And that is today! I finally broke 150 and lost that pound I have been talking about. I think I walked about 25 miles to lose it but it is gone -- and for good. I am officially now in the 140's. 149 is a milestone for me.
So today I had some errands to do and moved forward with some personal business, made healthy homemade tomato soup with all the tomatoes from the garden, and did some more work on Ebay! I have sold a few things and that was on my goal list for the month so I am pleased with that. I had a good workout and will be making some Chicken Curry to take to a sick friend tomorrow and spend some time with her. I now have to lose one more pound by the 31st of July to accomplish my July goal of losing 5 lbs. Hope to make it happen.
Hope all of you are working hard towards your goals because you and I both know that we are so worth it. Make it a priority -- no make yourself the priority! That is the reality. As I have other goals and responsibilities in my life, my first priority is to stick with the healthy regimen that I set out to do -- no matter what else happens in my day. I simply will not fail myself. I have done that before and it simply doesn't play well. It leads to negativity, depression, lowered sense of self esteem. You know, on and on. We've all been there and it isn't pretty. So make it a great day tomorrow and kick it up a notch!
