The date had it's ups and downs, but I think there'll be a second one. I only had two beers (yay!), but whenever I drink my weight is much lower the next day. This morning I was 3 lbs lighter than yesterday! WOOHOO! Obviously I know I didn't lose 3lbs of fat overnight, though. And by tomorrow, it'll be back up to normal. It's nice seeing the number, but such a bummer the next day. (Yet another reason why I shouldn/t weigh in daily, but it's really addicting.)
I went swimming this morning. It wasn't the toughest workout, but it's better than nothing. I'm deciding if I want to do some running or yoga later.
I went grocery shopping for the rest of my salad supplies. I prepped them and made it. I'm slightly disappointed. First of all, it doesn't taste half as delicious as the salad place on campus (which opens back up in a month!). Second of all, it's so high in calories. :( Ugh. I think I'm going to be on the high-end of my calorie limit today, but it's hardly the end of the world.
