I'm Losing It - Day 1 (Well, kind of...)

Day 1 of my "plan" -- slightly modified!

The reason I say "slightly modified" is that my Advocare supplier forgot to order my 10-Day Cleanse, so I won't be starting that as soon as I planned.

I synched up my FitBit early this morning and now have it connected to me. I discovered that I take a LOT more steps than I thought I did! I have a 1/2 hour commute to work every morning and I was afraid my FitBit was counting steps while I was driving. I discovered it was the fact that I take smaller steps than some and they add up! Still a long way from my 10,000 step goal, but I'm getting there!

As of 3:00, I have 3,049 steps. No stairs at this point since we don't have any here at my office.

It's a start!!
