Yesterday morning I set some weekly goals and I ended up having a great day! I drank my water, tracked my food (and stayed in calorie range), left my work at work. I also took a walk (unscheduled), but I didn't do any chores around the house (candy crush instead!)
I can't tell you how good it felt to have an "on plan" day. I remember I can survive on ~1500 calories a day. It was hard, I was hungry and still going through sugar withdrawal, but I can do it.
Today is a run day and I am actually pretty excited about it. It has been stormy here all day so I guess I am doing my run at the Y. I have to run at least 1 mile, but would like to run longer. I am also taking the kids to the pool for swim lessons after my run (if it isn't storming.) I am looking forward to a fun night!
