Yeah, yeah, I know. But I have to see if someone knows. The doctor I work for is a very thin woman and doesn't even have to work out. She drinks coffee for breakfast. Her lunch is toddler food (no, I'm not kidding.) Then she doesn't eat much when she gets home. Her husband says she used to be normal in food habits. How is she not STARVING every second of every day? I tried it once, recently, and I DID starve all day and ate like mad when I got home from work. How do people make this work?
