I'm working on getting my main three nutrients in range. 50/30/20. I eat a lot of low fat and no fat foods so it's important for me to find good healthy fats to eat and the ones mentioned are my favorites.

    love hummus and almonds!!! never had avacado..guess i'll have to try it :) do you just eat it plan?
