doing the walk of shame emoticon my wt has ballooned up to 150+
and I still have parties and events to attend this summer. I know the problem is multifold, lack of sleep too much time on the computer and not getting my 10K steps in per day anymore so cal in is definitely more than cals out. I'm in fact going to a buffet today with relatives visiting for a couple days.
I have done more walking this month just not consistantly. I have also slacked off on my garden since my garden parties and now I have a jungle to contend with (kinda overwhelming one), I need to work on that more as well, and crazy me bought more plants to plant in pots.

    I'm right there with you. Too much socializing, too much computer time and not enough exercise. We'll work on this together.
