I don't know what my deal was last night, but I just slept and slept and slept. I slept until about 9:30 this morning, and I know if I had let myself lie there a little longer I could have gone back to sleep. I decided to get up (well, that's a stretch...I woke up and grabbed my laptop for a little while). After I was "up" for a little bit, I decided I'd better get my clothes on and go to the gym. As soon as I turn off my road and onto the main road, I passed my sister-in-law (the one that I don't like at all). Grr. But I kept my head high and drove on to the gym. I did the recumbent bike for 31 minutes and burned 200 calories (I did 31 minutes so that I would hit 200 calories, if that makes sense. At 30 minutes I was at 197 calories). Now I'm going to get in a hot shower and make a healthy lunch...maybe watch a movie with my favorite kid. Even though I'm not "excited" about working out, I have to admit that it feels good afterwards, and it feels much better than lugging around guilt about NOT going.
