I intended for these blogs to become daily check ins, but I only seem to be able to do it once a week consistently, so I will make them into a weekly review. Anything in between will be bonus!
My weigh in last Wednesday was 229.2, I was satisfied with that. My goal for this week is 228 again because I didn't get there last week.
My daily goals have been
Walk 20 minutes: I was able to accomplish this only 2 or 3 times this week. I haven't been getting up as early as I had been hoping, and if I don't do it in the morning, it doesn't happen. I need to start recruiting my family to walk with me, it can be a 3 person rotation for them and I will get to spend time with them all one on one at least once a week.
Eat 8-10 freggies: I cannot find a single day when I accomplished this goal. I have been getting more mindful of it though, so that is an improvement.
Drink 8 cups of water: CHECK
Use my food journal: I used it everyday but one. Each day wasn't used fully, but I will improve on that this week. Being more consistent with this will help me work on my freggies intake too.
Write my morning pages: Twice. I notice that when I don't do this in the morning, I don't get it done. That has to be done before I get on the computer!
So, I see that I need to work harder on my walking, freggies, food journal and morning pages. I have the water intake down pat, so that is really good. I plan to check in with my weigh in tomorrow, we'll see what happens!
