Once again, I wave gotten way off track due to stresses at work. No more: I am recommitting to my health! Bought plenty of healthy food yesterday, and am committing to limiting alcohol (have been relaxing after work and on weekends with wine or cider every night)-going to cut way back on this, aiming for 2 days / week. Restarting weight training is next! Also reordered a Fitbit to replace the one I lost-it keeps me accountable for my activity.
