There really is no end date for this process because with an end date comes the idea that it will be gained back. What I do have are mini goals of weight that reflect key moments in my life when I paid attention to my weight...the weight I was when i came home from the hospital last year, etc. for dates I have a Facebook group of friends and we agreed to lose 42 lbs by the time we turn 42 in January! I have lost 4 lbs already towards that goal! Then I aim to lose another 40 lbs by the following January! Long term and achievable! This process is forever! Not a diet or getting in shape but choosing a healthy lifestyle of good clean foods (mostly unprocessed) and having an active lifestyle! In the process the weight is coming off! Yay!
