So here I am again, The good news is I have lost a few pounds 4 to be exact and that is great don't get me wrong it just seems to take so long. I know that all the weight did not get here over night and it will take time to come off but I guess I am impatient.
Right now I am fighting myself about going down and getting a candy bar. I really really want one. I tried gum.. water... peanuts.. nothing is really satisfying that craving. So if I do go maybe I can choose something that is the least amount of calories. At least lunch is planned to be light only cucumbers and tomato's from my garden with a little light sun dried tomato dressing.

I hope everyone is having a great day and is continuing to push onward...

    I get those cravings to and its so hard some times even though it may not be in our plan we find our selves eating more calories fighting it than giving in and have a small taste to get the craving over with. you can do this an you have the right idea it did not come on over night its not coming off over night.
