Okay so yesterday's goals were adjusted slightly. Instead of a 15 mile bike and 3 mile run, I did a 21.5 mile bike...the weather and scenery were beautiful, I just kept going. I tracked all my food and stuck to veggies, fruit, and 1 glass of wine at a work function get-together.
Tonight my husband and I are hosting a dinner get together with friends that will consist of "healthy veggie loaded burrito bowls." yummy! I am feeling very motivated and willing to stick with it! Work out today will be slightly more low key. I will do a 4 mile walk with my daughter and dog (running is not possible with the two of them!) and some strength (ugh!). I am going to follow the tips of other Spark members and check out Coach Nicole's strength tips...anything to get me to just do it :)
