They always say if something is easy it may not be worth it. I remind myself of this each morning. I didn't put the weight on in one day I can't take it off in one day. But one day makes a difference I won't weigh myself daily and become obsessed with a number but each day is a new day to do better. Maybe not have chocolate today, maybe not have candy today, maybe avoid sugar today. Each day is something new to try again and do better than yesterday one day at a time. I can preach it, but can I do it? Why do I do it? Who am I doing it for?
