I think it is just today, everyday, one of a series of days.
One of a finite number of days I have left to spend on the planet.
I gotta hope there will be many more, because I like being alive, but of course there could be many fewer than I want there to be.
What to do?
In health and fitness land, the solution is to eat a variety of delicious and nutritious foods, plus some that are just delicious, and get some enjoyable activity in every day (or nearly so).
That part really ought to be easy. And it is, sometimes, when it's become a habit.
And for the rest?
Be creative. Learn new skills and new information about the world. Work hard at everything; there's no point in half-assing my one-and-only life.
Take a decent vacation at least once a year.
Enjoy life, each and every day.
What a beautiful breakfast:
Multigrain bread with hummus, cucumber slices and roasted red peppers.
Veggie fresh rolls and soba noodles for lunch. Yum.
Gotta get to the grocery store ASAP.
Dinner: Onions, zucchini, apple sage grain meat sausage, tomatoes and Parmesan. Still need to get to the store, this was an odds and ends meal!
And for dessert, a pineapple juice Popsicle
