....Chalean Extreme....and an Update

I haven't blogged in a log time.
Like a real long time. 568 days. 1 1/2 years.
But sparkpeople got me started. And I have continued in the last year and a half. I still work out. And I still maintain. I weigh 152. Still. 2 years after I lost my original bit of weight and met my original goal. I've gone up a little bit to 157 or so. And down to 150.5. Never to the 140's. But I'm okay with that. I'm happier now with how I look than ever.
I make smart choices. I eat better. I still don't count my calories like I did. But I highly recommend it to anyone. It puts into perspective. When your realize what is in food you may choose different options. I do.
I am more wanting to tone up that lose weight. I am fine with my size. My shape. Just would like a little bit more tone. A little less lumpy.
So I started Chalean Extreme. By Chalean Johnson who did TurboFire, Turbo Jam....
I owed this for a long time. But I actually just did it. And I just finished the 3 month program.
It consists of 3 months of workouts with 3 workouts per month and ab workouts.
Push. Burn. Lean. Each workout is 35 to 45 minutes of strength training. Lifting weights. Sculpting. Burning fat. Pushing yourself. I think it is an effective and easy to follow program. I have never really lifted weights. But I liked it.
I can tell I have more muscle. I have tone in my arms. I make people feel my arms. I have muscles in my legs. I haven't lost any weight really. But I am smaller. I am toner. I highly recommend this workout to anyone interested in strength training. There are a multitude of strength training benefits for your health.
