Even though I'm still not feeling 100%, I'm still determined to try & make this work. I watched my calorie intake like a hawk yesterday. I'm feeling better, but I had to use my inhaler after walking up 3 floors at work yesterday. For me ... totally frustrating!!! Grrrrr!!

I really miss my cardio!! Tonight is normally my light ST, heavy cardio night, so I think instead, I'm going to hit the ST a little harder & do some hula hooping at home. I'm good at hooping & that doesn't make me breathe too hard. I need to do something. I miss going to the gym, but I know if I go, I'll overdo it, so it's best to work out at home for another day or two.

But, I am determined (stubborn). emoticon

    Better to take a couple days off than have a set back. You're doing the right thing, even if it is hard! Give it time and you'll be back to doing your usual routine soon.

    Hang in there, I know how frustrating it can be not to be able to do the things you want/need to do. Just think though, in a little while you will be back up to 100% and be right back in the saddle!
