I am still battling shin splints. It's been 3 weeks now and it's getting old. I purchased the Dr. Scholl's Active Series insoles and they definitely help..and I know I have to continue to work on my form (Im heavy footed). But it was suggested to me to look in to compression garments to help with my shins/calves.
If you use these, do you prefer the sleeve or the socks? And why?
Any other ideas for shin splints?
