Well everyone, I have lost 13 pounds. Still have 20 to go but I am confident it will happen. I started a gym membership today and worked out hard. Did cardio, then some strength training. I have several goals aside from losing weight and I hope to accomplish them all. Tracking my food here on sparkpeople has helped me to lose the 13 pounds but I had hit a plateau and need to implement exercise to help me lose more weight.
I plan on going every day to stay motivated and lucky for me, my friend is going to help me along the way by going with me. I am feeling pretty hopeful at this point and hope for others to feel the same way. I need to remember to track everything here and stay confident. Good luck everyone :)
