* No fitness workouts except up and down the stairs to main floor and basement.
* Stayed in calorie range last two days.
* Office shaping up but today I had lots of catching up to do on other work.
* Must go to the dump, again, this week.
* Lots of doctor/health appointments this week.
* Gots to get to the Y, tomorrow.
