BLC 22 halfway there! - reflect

What's working & what isn't? - I'd say this challenge as a whole is working! Since this is my first challenge, it has been very motivating & I'm excited for the next half of the challenge! What isn't working is my nutrition. I still haven't really gotten it under control but i'm doing much better than the beginning of the challenge, so that's still a plus!

I've got 6 more weeks in this challenge to really get into gear and i'm excited to see what I can do!

    You're going a great job. Nutrition is tricky. It took me a very long time to get mine under control (and it is still a struggle). Experiment with different eating plans and do a lot of tweaking. The right eating plan will be personalized.
