We are half-way through the BLC and I am pushing through. I am also half-way to my goal weight for his challenge. I have learned a lot about my body and food going thru this challenge. I have many physical set backs and I am pushing threw it to get this weight off. I can honestly say that I have been much more consistent with my exercising since joining this challenge. I have really grown to love power walking and my body feels horrible when I don't exercise. I may not be dropping as much weight as I like too but I am losing inches. Eating vegetables and fruits, on the other hand, is where I continue to struggle. I am going to try drinking a recipe my friend at church gave me for a fruit smoothie with whey, yogurt, oatmeal and flax seed to get more fruits in my diet. As for vegetables, I'm going to try a new variety every week. I am loving the many things that I am learning and trying to incorporate into a healthy lifestyle. I am ready for the second Half!!!!
