Monday... A Day Off!

Monday, July 22, 2013

Just wanted to check in say I took the day off. The only strenuous thing I did today was cook dinner and clean the kitchen. We had garlic butter and Italian-seasoned chicken wings, baked sweet potato fries and a nice healthy salad. It was delicious and I feel like a bloated tick! LOL emoticon

I was able to argue with my mother about which kitchen supplies we are keeping, what goes to my brother for his new house, and what goes in the garage sale in October. So now we just have to STORE tons of stuff until then. But that's okay because kitchen supplies sell VERY fast.

Tomorrow I am going to get back on schedule with my workouts and I am going to eat a big healthy salad for dinner tomorrow night. I have had a mini break from the salads, but I am craving a GIANT one right now and that's not gonna happen. Yogurt and hummus for snack tonight.

Hugs and Love and LOTS OF REST,

Dinner sounds amazing! I CRAVE salads sometimes and I mentioned that to my doc and he asked what I typically put on them. I said lettuce (duh, lol) cucumbers, tomatoes, vinagrette, olives, sometimes fruit, sometimes chicken or beef and he said that it's the water in those things (the juicy stuff) that I want. Just an FYI... he could be pullin' my leg on it but it sounds about right. I go CRAZY for cucumbers on my salad!
