A Trip to the Fair

Monday, July 22, 2013

We went to the fair last night - and it was an awesome time.

I was worried for nothing. I ate very smart. I had
a slice of cheese pizza
a small snow cone
a chicken gyro w/ no sauce - I ate it more like a salad and used the wrap as a "bowl" - My boyfriend ate all of the bread part but the 1 small nibble I had.

We were at the fair from 3 in the afternoon until almost 11 at night.

The truck and tractor pulls were awesome. It was fun. There were a lot of great pulls last night, and what was really awesome is a woman drove one of the top trucks in the east. It as a serious machine.

PC Fit was awesome today. Coach Tyler gave us a great workout!

I also went to the doc - got shot up with B12 - and she ordered an Xray for my tailbone just to make sure everything is ok since it is sore.

Hope everyone has a great night!

emoticon I happy that you had a good time at the fair, and you made right decisions on what to eat. I know how hard it can be when your in places like that, and there are so many unhealthy choices available, but how can you have fun anyway when you are all stuff up with a lot bad or unhealthy food. Yuck! lol. But keep up the good work. emoticon
