I need to eat MORE to release weight!I track everyday fitness tracker has said for months that I need to eat more. It is a VERY fine line for me to eat 1300 Cal's. A day. If I do too much over that, something in my head snaps& I go CRAZY. 2000 Cal's. Is allot, for me. I have finally gotten a handle on my food tracker, but my weight is UP. OK, yes! I AM BURNING OFF 1800~2000 4 days a week, with ZUMBA. Plus all the other exercise I do. On the fitness tracker the big RED letters come up saying I need to eat more. I didn't believe it.
So last week after being 5# above goal, KNOWING it was not from over eating, I tried an experiment. I cut out whole wheat of any kind, added brown rice instead AND released 2# & 2" in my waist. I am a FIRM believer in NOT doing a fad diet thingy. But my Zumba teacher suggested I try this for 2 weeks. I AM SHOCKED at the results. This Thursday is my 2nd week. I am eating at top of my range 1800 a day. It is all I can do to get everything in. Since I started SP I have learned how to eat VERY healthy at 1200 or so cals. AND have a goodie once in a awile. Truly a goodie for me is a skinny cow sandwich.
So I have added a whole green protein bar instead of half, etc. I just can't believe it! What an amazing thing the human body is, or ANY body for that matter! I'm in awe, always have been. Thankful, too, for my amazing life, it just doesn't get much better than what I am experiencing these days! I am so blessed, we ALL are :-)
