Today was a good day
My workout, the Insanity Fit Test was good; it was short =) and intense. Not only that but I did more of each exercise per minute than two weeks ago when I had gone through the Fit Test the first time
Food has also been good so far though I'm going to have to find something to eat later which will put me within the lower ranges of my healthy fat. protein and calorie ranges for the day.
