Day 15 on the Journey!!

Today was a good day emoticon .

My workout, the Insanity Fit Test was good; it was short =) and intense. Not only that but I did more of each exercise per minute than two weeks ago when I had gone through the Fit Test the first time emoticon emoticon .

Food has also been good so far though I'm going to have to find something to eat later which will put me within the lower ranges of my healthy fat. protein and calorie ranges for the day.

Looking forward to tomorrow emoticon .

    Thanks for the encouragement. You should check out Insanity, it's a good workout. I must warn you however the name is no misnomer, it's hard work!! Hope you like it if you try it!! emoticon
