Baby steps

No weight loss this week (-0.4lbs), but no gain, either. Considering how stressful this week was, I'll take it. The good news is, I did two sets of 15 leg raises on the Roman chair today without any trouble! First time I've been able to do that, and my back was rock solid. Also did some new core exercises (obliques) that involved twisting—something else on the "couldn't have done this a year ago" list.

I'm still interested in seeing that scale go down, but even more, I love adding things to that list.

In other news, I got the results back from my saliva hormone test, and no surprise, they showed I've got some major adrenal fatigue issues. I can only imagine how bad my readings would have been a year ago. Time to give some careful attention to my supplements again.
