When I started thinking about losing weight, I felt "I'm gonna try, but I'm not going to expect much". I have been trying to lose weight for over 3 years and I lose a pound or 2 there and gain it back. I had no goal or strategy on how to lose the weight.
Since I started Sparks it feels good to track what I did that day, what I ate and what I accomplished. It has now become a habit. Since that habit I have lost over 30 pounds since February and it feels good. My clothes are loose fitting, my energy level is high, my self esteem is better and ...WELL I JUST FEEL GOOD!!!.. I have a habit of walking 3 miles every morning and boosting myself up to 6 by October, my eating habits have change and I know it's because of me enjoying tracking my progress and seeing the results
