So slow

My official weigh in day today and I have lost 6lb in 3 weeks. That doesn't sound too bad but I thought I would have lost a lot more at the beginning of my campaign. My next target is to get through two more weeks and reach a 10lb loss. It is so slow though.

Today ate a big breakfast as I was out all day, two eggs for protein. And got through day without any temptations or problems.

Nothing much happened today- pretty boring really.

    Some weeks are slow in weight loss and some are fast weight loss. It really depends on what you are eating and how much of it. For myself I have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks. Just keep up with the healthy eating and exercise. Even just some walking will help. emoticon
