Day 21 - Weigh-in Results (Week 3)

I lost exactly 1 lb. last week, so that brings the total to 5 lbs. gone in 3 weeks. emoticon

I am thrilled with my results so far! I can definitely feel more room in my clothing, and I'm really looking forward to next week's monthly measurements. I'll be sure to post them here for accountability.

I took a nice 30 minute walk at lunchtime today. I had to stay inside because it was raining outside, but I had a good walk anyway! It's amazing how much a walk can clear away the cobwebs, and lower stress. I'm really committed to ensuring that I find better ways to manage my stress levels, for my thyroid condition, for my weight loss efforts and for my overall health.

Tonight is more painting (a bathroom!), which I learned today actually burns a lot of calories. That's great news! I already know that I'm working my muscles (I'm so sore!).
