Today's off to a good start again.

I decided to go running/walking on the treadmill this morning. That machine kicks my butt, but it's worth it! Then, I went to a yoga class which had it's ups and downs. It was very difficult and had a lot of harder poses, which is kind of what I want. However, I was the youngest person by at least a decade, and after that other person everyone was past-retirement. It was just kind of strange for me.

I've been eating healthy so far. I'm going to save a couple hundred calories for beer tonight, since my date is at a brewery.

    Woohoo! Sounds like you are off on the right foot this week. I used to do yoga all the time, but haven't in years -- mayeb I should go check out some classes again. :-)

    Girl you betta soak up some knowlegde & skill from those retirees! I love active older people, they give me so much motivation! Good job on hitting the treadmill (or sparring back and forth, lol). A brewery date sounds like so much fun!!! Way to preplan the calories. Have fun and let us know how it goes emoticon .
