I'm really liking the meal plan so far; easy to make, not a lot of cooking. I can see that these will also pack well when school starts again. I'm a little hungry, but since I'm also cutting back on coffee, that's to be expected. I'm also breaking the habit of eating every 2.5-3 hours. (Thanks Medifast!) Well, time to go for that walk!
