It's been about a week since I started seriously on this road again. About five days since I've started doing cardio and ab exercises. I'm down four pounds. I already feel better. I already feel like I look better. I'm already happier.
My goal is to lose roughly twenty pounds before my vacation in the beginning of September. If I can keep it up, intensifying just a bit...I can definitely do it.
Back to work tomorrow, but damn it's been a great couple days off :)
